Transfer process for the plot of zarghoon housing scheme.

There are two ways to trasnfer you property.

1. you can do it with the help of you property dealer.
2. you can do it you self.

 

if you want to transfer your plot by yourself. than the first thing you need to do is to visit Quetta development authority office.

 

First Fill the given form for the transfer. this form contains information of both seller and buyer. after filling the form attach  Cnic copies and Passport Size Photos of Both Parties.

Then Pay the Transfer fee at the QDA Office.

Then Pay the EWF fee.

Then Attest The FBR Challan. After Paying the FBR fee they will provide you a challan and then attest the challan.

After this post an add in Mashriq Newspaper about the transfer of plot.

Fees.

Transfer Fees Rs 10800.

Ewf Charges. Rs 540.

FBR Chalan Rs 10,000.

Add in Mashriq Newspaper, Stam and Attest Rs 1500.

Office Fees Rs 10,000.
