Development of killi ismail
Killi ismail is located at samungli road. today we will discuss the making of new road that extends in to killi ismail. this new road will bring development to this area.
Construction work has started on the road on the eastern side of killi ismail. ACC agha construction company is making this new road. this is the same company who made the new road near askari park. They are working very fast. Their night shift work is bringing some good results.
The property prices in this area will see a rapid increase in the next coming days. Specially the commercial property near the road. If the traffic from joint road Dukani baba was diverted towards this road than it will be a lot of traffic. more traffic means more customers for shops which means new business. In Quetta most of the new roads are going towards west, towards central Asia.

Bushra rind advisor to the Cm said in a statement. Her statement is as follows.
“Cm jam kamal khan established a committee with the commissioner. We visited different construction projects.
first of all, we visited airport road and inspected the road construction work. We are also planning to make a sports complex in that area. This will be one of our main projects in the future.
We also visited sabzal road where the construction work is going on a fast pace. They are making a Dual carriage over there. This will decrease the burden of traffic.
We also visited Jinnah town and Shahbaz town. The main traffic circle at Shahbaz town is very crowded. We are also working on plan for that.
Than we visited sariab road. We are making u turns on sariba road that will ease the traffic burden.
Gahi khan choke is major bottle neck which is stopping the traffic. Two lanes road will be made from gahi khan to hazarganji.
We are making footsall and cricket pitches in WASA ground near tariq hospital. Same facilities will be made in sitara football ground. We are also making foot sole ground in girls polytechnic”.

Zarghoon housing extension is near bypass gate. The main gate is visible from ziarat bypass. straight double road connects extension gate to bypass by wide road. The grid station is also located near this entrance. The grid station already have security guards.
In 2015 a draw was carried out on camera. Prominent people took part in this draw. The plots from this draw is totally clear. These are the plots of zarghoon housing extension.
But why are prices lower than the main zarghoon area. the answer is there are no roads. its all dirt. But there are road markings. sewage is availanle on the northern side of extension.
Another problem is the map. the Grid station was built later. Qda made a new map. was built which was probably cancelled later. The map that you see above is the original first map that was released in the end of 2015. Qda also publihsed a Renumbering of plots list. There were many statements of prominent people in news papers of 2019 and before about the situation. The problems of zarghoon extension are solvable.

Toyota Quetta motors
The world renowned Toyota opened their new mega car showroom at airport road. The new showroom for Toyota and daihatsu was recently opened in april. A brand new addition to Baleli road. Quetta will play major role in the economics of the surrounding areas.

Joint road Expansion and development
As per the order of chief minister Jam Kamal, contruction work is getting faster on Joint road. Contractors has worked on this road for 24 hours a day.
Work is in the final phase for the expansion and development of Joint road Quetta. There is a general guess that chaman phtak will be connected to koyla phatak with a straight road. This road will be made on the side of the railway track that goes through shahbaz town.
There are two bottle necks for the traffic coming from joint road. Hudda road or Pishin stop road. Both of these roads are crowded on the peak hours of traffic. When this road Completes there will be heavy taffic between Chaman phatak and koyla phatak. This new traffic will produce more business.
Work also started on a new section of road. this new section is at the western side of chaman housing. This new road will be on the eastern side of Killi ismail. This section will start at the back of chaman housing and it will connect with samungli road. To read more about this section of road click here. Civil hospital Quetta
Civil hospital is a large health care facility at Quetta. Civil hospital constitute of spacious estate right on Jinnah road. There are numerous entrances but the main entrance is on the easternces are on Jinnah road and prince road.
Most of the people living in Quetta have visited this place at least once in their life. The famous place is the casualty department near the main gate at Jinnah road. That is for the emergency and accidents and other. Phone number of civil hopital 9202017
OPD
Opd is the abbrevation for outside patient department. This is the place usually patients arrive for the first time. From here patients will be returned home with a prescription or they will be advised to admit themselves in the hospital. You need to remember this place.
The prescription cost 10 rupees. Parchi is available on a counter near the entrance of this building.
This is a new building. it is a very spacious place. an elegant design. its standard place very nice and clean. We request the maintainance to be checked regularly. so it can stay as new.
Critics do talk about the hospital administration system. As you can see by the Aerial image this property is underdeveloped and old. Jinnah road is a prime location. If the land is 100000 rupees per feet than the construction cost is 1500 per feet. As i am writing this for a real estate website than i will look at the place with a property perspective.
After all its a nice place to stay for the night if you prepare yourself. and its nice to visit a patient. when you visit your ill friend . first you will park your vehicle . after entering the main gate the information counter is on the left side. this booth will guide you to your location. its entrance is from prince road. you can also see it on the map given here.

Shahbaz town is a housing society situated in Quetta city. Shahbaz town is a residential and commercial project. The commercial area.
Shahbaz town has different commecial areas. Tha main commercial area is from shahbaz town mosque to central jail. This is the property of highest demand. The southern side of road is occupied in the evenings because people are going from office to house. These commercial plots has approximately the size of 100 yards or 900 feet. New roads and the expansion of existing road
There will be a road that will cross through shahbaz town. Chaman phatak will be connected with koyla phatak with a direct road. This will directly connect the 2 flyovers. this road will be built on the western side of the railway track as you can see in the picture below. This road will go straight from koyla phatak towards GOR colony. Than it will link to the new Ba mall and Quetta askari mall and airport road. Markings are already on the walls . These markings can be seen through out Quetta. People will be compensated accordingly.
